The PEC Project (Protocol Expert Committee) has been developed by a multidisciplinary working group of anesthesiologists and intensivists belonging to the SEDAR and SEMICYUC Scientific Societies, respectively, all of them experts in the management of hemostasis and massive hemorrhage.
